The Vizer platform provides CPG brands with tools and insights to supercharge their sales at in-store retail. Our omnichannel management technology is a long-awaited solution that allows brands to incentivize any form of media. For the first time, brands can access redemption rates live and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.


Vizer is growing quickly, and we are looking for someone who is a quick learner and is ready to grow with us. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with brand clients using the platform on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator with strong organizational skills to manage a portfolio of mid-market clients.

Job Duties:


Onboard New Clients

  • Work with Sales to gather necessary client account information
  • Work with Accounting to set up payment with client
  • Set up onboarding call with client
  • Ensure knowledge of new features and tech capabilities

Ongoing Client Success

  • Ensure client satisfaction by leveraging data insights and making recommendations for optimization
  • Answer any client questions via email/phone (daily/weekly)
  • Adhere to weekly timelines for client deliverable setups
  • Complete necessary paperwork for internal and external approvals
  • Escalate any client dissatisfaction to senior management

Internal Client Advocate

  • Liaison between client and broader team (Partnerships, Sales, Operations, Accounting, Engineering) to pass along all pertinent client information/feedback
  • Gain a sound understanding of Vizer’s platform, and become a source of information and education for our clients
  • Day to day work closely with Account Manager and Manager of Analytics & Client Insights to communicate client updates, trends, and strategies for optimization

Administrative

  • Assist Account Manager with any paperwork and follow ups for internal and external approvals
  • Input and keep all client programs up to date on various platforms
  • Test and monitor customer programs

Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years Customer success background
  • 1-2 Years Digital Marketing experience preferred
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent skills speaking on phone and via Zoom with clients
  • Ability to simplify complicated topics and explain them in terms people can easily understand

Role Overview


As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, high-performance architecture while ensuring the reliability, scalability, and automation of our infrastructure. This role also requires some software engineering skills to support scripts and tooling around our CI/CD pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Software Engineering: Develop and maintain high-performance applications using Rust.
  • Infrastructure & Automation: Manage and optimize our AWS-hosted Kubernetes stack, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless code deployment.
  • Observability & Monitoring: Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance.
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce best practices for security, compliance, and infrastructure resilience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to drive efficiency across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience working with AWS (EC2, RDS, IAM, S3, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Drone, or GitLab CI).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
  • Knowledge of monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
  • Understanding of networking, security, and best practices for cloud-native applications.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Rust.
  • Experience with Microservice architectures.
  • Knowledge of service meshes like Istio or Linkerd.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, or DynamoDB.
  • Familiarity with ELK stack for logging and alarms.
  • Familiarity with SOCII certification.
